Something about the Disaster Cookie...

What I've learned in making cookies:

1. Follow the recipe
2. Know thy salt. 1/2 tbsp of rock salt is diffrent from 1/2 tsbp of iodized salt.

Why? measurement is important in baking and if you want to make your cookie salty instead of sweet, then use 1/2 tbsp of rock salt...

well... at least I learned.
